CLUBHOUSE
With the best Mountain views in the area, the Tapps Island Clubhouse is the perfect venue to hold small group events, such as business meetings, birthday parties, small weddings, etc. (65 person max. capacity)
Clubhouse or Park Rental:
* Residents who want to rent either the Park or Clubhouse,
or both, please fill out the Resident Rental Agreement.
* Non Tapps Island residents interested in renting our facilities
please fill out Non-Resident Rental Agreement.

PARKS
Outer Island: 14 acre park with trail, Soccer field/Softball field
Clubhouse Park: Available for rent. Great for company picnics, weddings, family gatherings, etc.
*(100 person max. capacity).
Grass play areas & Playground, Swimming Beach & Picnic Areas (available for rent), Docks, Two tennis courts, Four Pickelball Courts, Mini Basketball Court.
